Proseeder is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and generate leads. You will manage and create content across all major social platforms, monitor trends, and engage with our community. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, a strong ability to create compelling content, and a passion for building and nurturing online communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) across all social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure social content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends, opportunities, and audience insights to continuously improve engagement and strategy.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner, and build strong relationships with the online community.
- Manage and grow social media communities by encouraging interaction, discussions, and brand advocacy.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, track performance, and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Analyze social media metrics and report on performance, identifying key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform changes, and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach and credibility through social media channels.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and their respective best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Ability to create and edit high-quality visuals, including images and videos, using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand social media copy.
- Experience with paid social media advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Creativity and passion for staying ahead of social media trends and exploring new opportunities for engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
